Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 3/4 cup figs (fresh or dried)

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and rosemary to a boil. Strain out rosemary. Cool water slightly then add to yolks. Add sugar, butter and figs and place on medium heat. Stir constantly until it boils gently. Chill.
