Apricot Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • jar apricot jelly
  • 1 can crescent roll dough- do not break apart
  • 4-6 ounces brie wheel

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven according to crescent roll directions
2. On a baking sheet, roll out the crescent dough to create one large piece (sections may overlap)
3. Spread a layer of preserves all over the dough
4. Place the brie in the middle
5. Carefully wrap the brie with the dough delicately crimping the edges to keep in place
6. Bake in oven about 15 minutes or until crescent dough begins to brown
7. Serve warm with fruit or crackers
