Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tub cool-whip
  • 1/2 smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 powdered sugar
  • 1 graham cracker crust (ready made) or 1 pkg graham crackers crushed, tsp sugar and 1/3 c. butter melted to make crust.

Preparation

Step 1

Make pudding with the 2 c. of milk until thickened, add 1/3 cup of the peanut butter and 1/4 of cool whip mix well and put in fridge for a few mins. Take powdered sugar and the rest of peanut butter and mix until crumbly. Put some of the peanut butter powdered sugar mixture in the bottom of your pie crust to cover the bottom nicely of a thickness of 1/4 inch. Take pudding mixture pour in pie container. Cover with cool whip and sprinkle the remaining peanut butter crumbs over the top. Cool in fridge for about two hours before serving. It can also be garnished with Chocolate drizzle or syrup. Another variation can be using regular baked pie crust.
