Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups minced shallots or sweet onion
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary crushed
  • 4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic; sauté 3 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat; cool. Stir in mustard and remaining ingredients.

Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
