Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken
- 3/4 cup panko
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400*F
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except buffalo sauce & ranch
4. Mix ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls
5. Place meatballs onto baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes
6. Place meatballs into a slow cooker
7. Add buffalo sauce and ranch.
8. Cover & cook on low for 2 hours
