CHOCOLATE TOFU PUDDING

Serves: 2 cups (4½ cup servings)
This calls for name brands, but of course you can use what you like or what is available.
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (14-oz) Mori-Nu Firm Tofu
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. Truvia sweetener
Cooking time 10mins

Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dump that into a food processor and then add in the rest of the ingredients.
Puree together until smooth. Pour into containers and refrigerate or eat right away (both ways are good!).
