Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the pumpkin puree, milk and spices in the blender. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Add the frozen yogurt and blend for another 30 seconds. Serve immediately in a pint-sized glass with a dollop of whipped cream and dash of cinnamon.
Tip: Not all frozen yogurts taste the same. Try several brands before settling on one that you like
