You could use an egg mold or a plastic egg carton, or even an ice tray. Also could use plastic shot glasses and scoop out the center for this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Jello eggs
  • 1 3 ounce package Jello
  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (room temperature
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Jello and hot but not boiling water, place in mold sprayed lightly with Pam. Place in refrigerator for several hours until firmed.
Remove jello from mold. With a teaspoon or teaspoon measuring spoon, scoop out the center being careful not to go through the jello.


In a bowl all other ingredients, mix well. Use a piping bag to fill jello (you could also use a baggie with the tip cut out). Fill the centers of the jello.

Chill until time to serve.
