- 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup currants
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
