Sherry Vinaigrette with Currants

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup currants
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves crushed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously.

Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
