Creamy Crock Pot Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

    oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1

    tsp. garlic powder

  • 1

    cup fat free chicken broth

  • 1

    cup light sour cream

  • 4

    oz. reduced fat cream cheese, softened (I used weight watchers)

  • 1

    cup reduced fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 12

    oz. spaghetti cooked according to package directions (I used whole wheat)


Arrange chicken in a single layer in bottom of crock pot. Add in your chicken broth, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. About 30 minutes before serving stir in sour cream and cooked spaghetti. Cover and continue cooking. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Enjoy!
