Blueberry Crumble Muffins

Ingredients
- CRUMBS:
- 18 oz. fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp. apricot jam
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine blueberries with jam.
3. Combine all crumb ingredients. Sprinkle half of crumbs into muffin pans and press in. Spread Blueberries onto crumbs, then sprinkle rest of crumbs on top.
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
5. Freezes well. ( can be baked in a 9 by 13 pan and baked for 45 minutes to an hour)
