Ingredients
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 1 C natural-style creamy peanut butter (We use Costco’s PB which is just peanuts and salt—no sugar.)
- 1 - 8 oz block 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 1 - 14 oz can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed
Preparation
Step 1
Make a traditional graham cracker crust or an Oreo cookie crust.
Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Add milk; beat until well combined. Fold in whipped topping.
Divide mixture evenly between crusts; chill 8 hours or until set. Pies will have a soft, fluffy texture.
Crust for 2 pies:
3 C graham cracker crumbs or Oreo cookies
6 T unsalted butter, melted
(We buy the ‘light’ Oreos and do not scrape the frosting. Just
throw the cookies in the food processor and add the butter.)
May garnish the pie upon serving with a drizzle of chocolate
sauce and chopped peanuts.
