Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chic breast, slice w/ horizontal pocket
- Salt and pepper
- 8 sound dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
- 8 large fresh basil leaves
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella, halved (about 4 OZ)
- 1 TBS olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat grill to medium, brush grill with oil
2. Cut pockets in breast; season insides with S&P
3. Stuff two tomatoes, two basil leaves and two mozzarella halves into each pocket; secure with toothpicks. Brush breasts with oil; season w/ S&P
4. Grill breasts covered to temp 165 degrees, about 5" per side. Remove toothpicks from breast before serving.
