Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. 8 ozs) cream cheese
  • 1 can (well-drained) crushed pineapple
  • 2 C chopped pecans
  • 1/4 C chopped green pepper
  • 2 TBLSP. chopped spring onion
  • 1 TBLSP. seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Cream with fork and add 1 Cup nuts, peppers, onion and salt. Chill well. Form in ball and roll in 1 Cup nuts. Wrap in saran wrap. Serve with crackers.
