Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs brussels
- 3 t evoo divided
- salt and pepper
- 2 t balsalmic
- 2 t honey

Preparation
Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 425.
2) Line baking sheet with foil.
3) Cut in Half Brussels - toss in a bowl with a evoo and sprinkle with S&P.
4) Roast for 20 min. Remove from oven and place back in bowl
5) toss well with 2 tbsp evoo,balsamic vinegar & honey. Coat evenly
