Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Separate lettuce leaves, wash and drain.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel.
Blend flower into bacon grease.
Add sour cream.
Cook slowly stirring constantly until slightly thickened.
Combine sugar, salt, vinegar to sour cream mixture.
Dry lettuce leaves and shred.
Add crumbled bacon and cover with the hot sauce.
Toss lightly and serve on slightly warmed plate.
