Step 1

heat oven to 300 and place skillet at medium heat. sear roast in oil with a little salt on top for 2 minutes on each side.. you can sear sides too if you like. Place in roasting pan with oil. In frying pan add onions and wine and cook till translucent ( 4 ) min deglaze pan and add to meat. Add broth, green chilies, paprika, grond cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add chipotle whole into pot spoon some sauce in too. Cut 2 and ¾ pound beef roast, beef broth. Chipoltes, yellow onion diced red wine canned diced chilies, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and coconut oil, strings on roast, cover and cook about 3 hours, then shred and keep warm till ready to shred
