Mozzarella and Tomato Chicken Pasta

  • At cooking time:
  • 1 - 1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 1/2 Tables. Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 teas. Smoked Mozzarella and Tomato Blend
  • 1/2 teas. Rancher Steak Rub
  • 8 oz. penne pasta (or your choice)
  • 1/2 pound steamed broccoli or zucchini
  • 1/4 reserved pasta water
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • Parmesan Cheese



Step 1

Mix all ingredients into freezer bag. Remove air, seal and label. Defrost bag in fridge before cooking. Cook pasta as directed, reserving 1/4 cup pasta water before draining. Steam veggies. Heat large skillet over medium high heat. Saute chicken until cooked through. Add pasta, reserved pasta water and half and half, toss with chicken. Add steamed veggies, toss and serve with parmesan cheese.
