Ingredients
- 1/2 c. sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 2 T. butter
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 c. boiling water

Step 1
Mix the sugar & cornstarch, add boiling water & salt. Boil until thick & clear. Continue cooking over hot water bath for 20 minutes. Beat in butter & lemon juice. Good served with Rice Pudding.
