Orange Mustard Vinaigrett

  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 1/3 c orange juice
  • 4 tsp EVOO
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp sugar



Step 1

sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt over minced garlic and mash to a paste with a knife blade.

Combine all ingredients in jar and shake well. use for up to 3 days.
