Ingredients
- 1/2 c orange or grapefruit juice
- 2 T fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 2 T fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 T EVOO
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine all in jar with tight lid. Shake well. Use at once or cover and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
