Ingredients
- 4 Cups sugar
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 teaspoons pickling salt
- 5 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon mustard seed
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 large onions
- 5 cucumbers
Preparation
Step 1
Slice all vegetable or use a mandolin. Mix first 6 ingredients together in ice cream bucket. Add slice vegetables to vinegar mixture. Let stand 2 hours and stir again.
You can add more vegetables as mixture is used up.
