Ingredients
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano (optional)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 250°. Combine dry rub. Remove tough membrane on the back of the ribs. Line a pan with foil. Rub with 1 tsp. liquid smoke (mesquite flavor) then massage dry run on both sides. Cook uncovered for 2 hours. Brush lightly with favorite BBQ sauce & cover with foil. Cook another 2 hours then brush with BBQ sauce & broil for a minute until sauce is caramelized.
