Sour Cream Walnut Cake

Ingredients

• Separate bowl:
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 1 pint sour cream
• 2 tsp. baking soda
• 3 cups flour
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• chopped walnuts (1 to 1 1/2 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Cream sugar, butter, salt and vanilla all together. Then add eggs one at a time. Mix in sour cream, baking soda and gradually the flour.

In greased bundt pan pour in some batter, top with brown sugar mixture; add the rest of the batter and top with remaining sugar mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes.
