Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie vegetable-oil spread or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups Whole Grain Total® cereal, crushed = (1 cup)
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts halves (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- Cooking spray
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Spray rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches, with cooking spray.
2. In a shallow dish, mix melted vegetable oil spread, milk, chives, salt and garlic powder.
3. In another shallow dish, mix cornflakes, parsley and paprika. Dip chicken into milk mixture, then coat lightly and evenly with cornflake mixture. Place in pan. Spray with cooking spray.
4. Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
