Pumpkin Spice Latte Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Cloves
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, over medium-high heat, and bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat to medium and simmer about five minutes, until spices mellow and infuse the syrup.

3. Pour into a bottle and label “PSL Syrup.”

For waffles - replace 1/4 cup liquid with syrup and make as directed. Drizzle more syrup over top.

Mix syrup with powdered sugar and top plain doughnuts.
