Cracker Barrel Broccoli Cheddar Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can campbells Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 C milk
- 1 1/2 C Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
- 4 TBS. melted butter (can use more)
- 8 oz. frozen broccoli
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Make can of cheddar cheese soup according to package directions
3. Place chicken in baking dish. Season with seasoned salt. Pour 3/4 of prepared soup over breasts.
4. Add broccoli to covered chicken breasts.
5. Melt butter and add it to crushed crackers. Sprinkle over chicken & broccoli. Add remaining soup and bake for approximately 45 min. or until chicken is done.
6. When chicken has been removed from oven, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
