Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic; chopped
  • 2 tbs steak seasoning
  • 2 tbs parsley; chopped
  • 1 tbs rosemary; chopped
  • 1 tbs oil
  • 8 pound standing beef rib roast with bones.

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In bowl, combine mustard, garlic, steak seasoning, parsley, rosemary and oil. Place beef on rack set in roasting pan. Spread mustard mixture over beef. Roast 30 min. REDUCE oven temp to 350 degrees. Roast 1 hour more or until done. Transfer beef to platter, let sit 15 min. before slicing. Garnish with herbs. SERVE & ENJOY...
