French Dip Roast

Ingredients

• 1 onion
• 1 3lb beef bottom roast
• 1 Au Jus packet
• 2 cups beef broth (1 can)

Preparation

Step 1

Slice onion and place in bottom of sprayed crock pot. Place roast over onions. Mix AuJus packet with 1/2 cup water and pour over roast and onions. Pour beef broth over AuJus on top of roast. Cook on High for 6 hours or low for 10-12 hours.
