Zesty Dijon Marinade

Ingredients

• 1 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
