Ingredients
- 1 cup bread flour
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast (1 package)
- 3/4 cup very warm water (120º to 130º)
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or until well-blended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
