Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

Light in color, sets well. Milk chocolate flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c. butter, softened
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 3-4 tablespoons of milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, beat powdered sugar and butter together. Stir in vanilla and chocolate.

Gradually beat in small amounts of milk until desired consistency is achieved. Add milk or powdered sugar to thicken or thin the frosting.
