Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 8 sucralose packets (or 1 tsp. stevia, if preferred)
  • 2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
  • 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2/3 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional)

Step 1

Place all ingredients except ice into a blender and blend first on medium, then on high speed. Add ice if you prefer for a thicker drink. If desired, add more vanilla to bring out the sweetness or increase the orange juice concentrate to give your smoothie a little extra zip.
