Bourbon and Brown Sugar Flank Steak 0 Picture


  • 1/4 c packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 c minced green onions
  • 1/4 c dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 c bourbon
  • 1/4 c soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 pound flank steak



Step 1

1. Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in a large ziploc bag and add steak

2.Seal and marinate in fridge8 hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally

3. Remove steak from bag and reserve marinade

4. Place steak on grill and cook to desired doneness

5. Combine reserved marinade and cornstarch in a pan. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
