Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 boxes (9 oz each) frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- 4 ounces white cheddar, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded Asiago

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a small pot, heat heavy cream to simmering. In a bowl, combine artichoke hearts, cheddar, garlic, parsley, thyme, flour, salt and pepper. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish. Pour cream on top. Sprinkle with Asiago. Cover baking dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 25 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
