  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 12 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • Cheyenne pepper
  • ham (diced or cut up)
  • 1/2-1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • crushed tortilla chips



Step 1

Heat oven to 350* Spray dish with Pam. Spread hashbrowns in bottom of dish. Melt butter and pour over hashbrowns. Use whisk to mix eggs and add spices. Pour egg mixture over hashbrowns. Spread ham over mixture and sprinkle cheese on top and the crushed tortilla chips. Bake for 45 minutes if made ahead and refrigerated or 1 hr if baked immediately following assembly.
