Ingredients
- 18 graham crackers, plus more for garnish
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips chopped
- cooking spray
- marshmellow fluff for topping
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the graham crackers into a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs. Pour into a glass bowl and mix in the butter.
Once the butter is fully incorporated, pour into a foil-lined 13x9” baking dish and press into a flat layer.
Prepare brownie batter according to package directions.
Add in the milk chocolate chips .
Pour batter into the pan over the graham cracker crust.
Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Cut the brownies into desired size and top with marshmallow fluff.
If you’d like them toasted, pop them under a broiler for a few seconds or toast them with a kitchen torch.
