  • 15-20 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
  • 3 cups white sugar
  • 3 t ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t ground cloves
  • dash salt

Step 1

Fill a large crockpot with about 15-20 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped. Then, add 3 cups sugar, 3 t cinnamon, 1/2 t cloves, and a dash of salt. Cook it for 10-12 hours, blend, and pour into jars. You can freeze this in plastic Ball jars and have it all year around.
