Ingredients
- 2 cups halved small strawberries
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon low-fat yogurt
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Spoon into each of 4 bowls; top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
Serving Size: 1/2 cup strawberries and 2 tablespoons yogurt
