PENNSYLVANIA DUTCH FUNNEL CAKES

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and milk.
Mix dry ingredients.
Beat batter until smooth.
Run batter through a funnel into hot oil using a circular motion.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over funnel cakes.
