Ingredients
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs flank steak
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except flank steak. Place flank steak in a shallow pan and pour marinade over top. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
BBQ steak until medium. Cut in diagonal strips and serve.
