Ingredients
- 1 jar of sauerkraut
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3-4 cut up slices of bacon
- 2 TBS of bacon grease
- 1/2 c water black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry up the bacon an set aside. Place the bacon grease in a large frying pan with the sugar, water, black pepper. Bring to a boil. Add in the sauerkraut.
Warm through. Just before serving sprinkle the bacon on top. Enjoy.
