Spring Pea, Basil and Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 3 Tables. Canola Oil
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lb. farfalle or bowtie pasta, cooked and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tables. chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

Add peas and garlic. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in pasta. Cook 1-2 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat. Top with basil and cheese.
