Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter
- 7 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped mango
- 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
