Ingredients
- Optional garnish:
- 8 oz block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz block deli provolone cheese, shredded
- ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Roma tomato, diced
- 1 TB chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. In a large bowl, combine the cheeses & seasonings using a mixer or spatula. Spray a 1 ½ quart baking dish or pie dish with cooking spray. Spread the cheese mixture into the dish. Bake 15 minutes until all the cheese is melted, bubbling, & slightly browned on top. Garnish with tomato & parsley, if desired. Serve with toasted Italian or French bread, Tostito chips, or pita chips.
