    can of evaporated milk

  • 1

    qt of half and half

  • 2

    sticks of sweet cream butter

Directions

in a large skillet saute lobster and 1/2 stuck of butter for 5 to 10 minutes when done sauteing add cannot evaporated milk and quart of half and half and remaining butter turn heat on low and wait you went the heat to stay on low for two reasons it slowly melts the butter and hives the stew time to cure
