Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 t cream of tartar
- 6 T sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325
Whip egg whites until frothy, add cream of tartar and whip until stiff peaks but not dry. Beat in sugar 1 T at a time making sure not to dry out mixture. Beat vanilla.
spread on silpat and bake 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.
