No Bake Chocolate Granola Bar Bites

These easy no bake granola bar bites are great for snacking on for breakfast on the run or as an after school snack. Use different colored sprinkles for different holidays or parties.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Challenge Butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups quick oats
- 2 cups chocolate rice cereal
- 1/4 cup colored sprinkles, plus extra for decoration
- 1/2 cup chocolate melting wafers
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter, honey, and sugar in a large saucepan. Whisk in the cocoa powder.
2 Stir in the oats until completely coated. Then stir in the cereal and ¼ cup sprinkles until coated again.
3 Press the mixture firmly into a buttered foil-lined 8x8 pan. Let cool.
4 Melt the chocolate wafers according to the package directions. Spread on the top of the cooled granola bars. Top with extra sprinkles. Let set. Cut into 12 or 24 bars or bites. Store in a sealed bag or container.
Yield: 12 or 24 granola bars, depending on how you cut them
