  • 6 Lg Eggs
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 1 Tsp freshly grated Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 4 c whole Milk

Step 1

Butter 2 qt baking dish and preheat oven to 400. Whisk the eggs, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla in a large bowl. Whisk in milk. Pour a thin layer of grape nuts into baking dish. Pour milk mixture over the grape nuts. Bake 30-40 min until mostly set but jiggly in the center. Serve with whipped cream.
